FAQ

Q. What’s the best way to care for my Anthemia garment?

A. To keep a garment’s natural color as bright as possible, we recommend washing with pH neutral soap on a delicate machine setting or by hand with cool water. Hang to dry, avoiding direct sunlight.

Q. Where do Anthemia garments come from?

A. Many are vintage finds. Others come from trusted sources that align with our values of natural fibers, sustainable processes, and fair labor.

Q. Where do you source dye ingredients?

A. Our dyes are made from flowers and plant matter that are ethically sourced. Many are grown organically and foraged from local farms. Others come from carefully chosen online sources who we trust grow quality products with ethical labor practices.

Q. Will my garment be exactly as pictured?

A. Since each garment is hand-dyed and one of a kind, there may be slight color variations from what is pictured.

Q. What can I send in to be dyed?

A. Please choose an item made of natural fibers like silk, cotton, wool, or linen in order to get the best results!

Q. Do you only dye clothes?

A. No way! We love to dye pillow covers, bed sheets, extra fabric—almost anything.
